Jason Markusen is an entrepreneur, leadership strategist, and content creator focused on personal growth, team development, and building positive, high-performing cultures. He is the founder and CEO of Energized 4 Life, an online platform dedicated to helping individuals and organizations improve mindset, motivation, and leadership effectiveness. Raised in Park River, North Dakota, Markusen developed a strong foundation rooted in discipline, community values, and performance. He graduated high school with honors before attending the University of North Dakota, where he earned a degree in Elementary Education with a coaching minor, graduating summa cum laude. He later completed graduate studies in Educational Leadership at North Dakota State University, earning both a Master’s (M.Ed.) and Specialist (Ed.S.) degree with a 4.0 GPA. Throughout his career, Markusen has demonstrated a consistent focus on leadership, organization, and performance. He has been involved in multiple entrepreneurial ventures, including You Matter Marketing and Top Gun Leadership, where he developed frameworks around communication, team building, and growth mindset. He also worked with a team to help develop the Quiver app, gaining experience in collaboration, product development, and innovation. While no longer actively involved in those ventures, they contributed to his broader understanding of business and leadership. Today, Markusen is fully focused on building Energized 4 Life into a platform for content, coaching, and personal development.
